Brownie’s Marine Geist Regional

The Brownie’s Marine Geist Regional has a unique format with two qualifying days and a final day where the weighs have been cut to zero. The team of Al Hopkins and Caleb Low weighed 17.90lbs on the qualifying day and then backed it up with 16.14lbs on Sunday to win the guaranteed first place prize of $3,000.

They mixed it up in every sense of the word. "We had two spots on completely different parts of the lake and we caught some fish in three feet of water and some in eighteen feet," said Low. They also mixed up their presentations with some being caught power-fishing and some fishing slow on the bottom.
