Kentucky Lake fishermen could expect cold temps and high winds that are almost a definate this time of year. However, there is many big fish in Ky Lake if anglers are good enough to find them in the windy, cold, month of April. Local pro and long time resident of Ky Lake Brent Maurer feels largemouth bass should be moving up in the bushes to spawn and smallmouth bass sould be spawning in mid April. We can be assured Ky Lake will test the USA Bassin' team skills. The BIG BASS Tournament is a new twist to the agenda this year. You can make the big fish caught in pratice count for prize money in a special tournament.
