Stockton Lake’s MO-03 division of USA Bassin’ has a new division champion.  Stockton has 25,000 acres of surface water and 300 miles of shoreline.  The lake is dubbed Missouri’s best kept secret. Cliff Carnahan and Lance Martin scored a total of 464 points to edge out Ron Voet and Shawn Mooney to claim the division hardware for the 2011 spring division on Lake Stockton. The Bassin’ anglers managed to win three of the five tournaments for the season on Stockton. The two placed fourth and tied for second in the other two tourneys. Cliff and Lance fished well enough to also become the season’s record holder in 2011 with the highest winning weight and the season’s highest weight with 76.90.
