Qualifying points now 150 for Co-ed Classic and Open

Qualifying points now 150 for Co-ed Classic and Open

Wednesday, August 24, 2011

Co-ed Open on Rough River and the Co-ed Classic on Kentucky Lake are now easier to get into. Director John Newton and President Kevin Yeary have reduced the number of points from 250 to 150 points. Now if you have scored only 150 points during the 2011 season you may fish either tournament. The co-ed fishing divisions are growing in number and Director John Newton wants to continue the success. Newton wants to make the tournaments available to members even if they had not fished the entire season.
The Co-Ed Open will be held this year on Oct 1st and 2nd on Rought River in Kentucky.  Kentucky Lake has been determined to be the site for the Co-ed Classic in June of 2012. However, dates for the Classic have not. John and Leslie Newton will glad to answers questions about co-ed fishing with USA Bassin’. Contact the Newtons at: John and Leslie Newton 94 Lincoln trail rd. Mammoth Cave, Ky. 42299 or johnkyusabassin@yahoo.com Phone: 270-535-5774
Congratulations to Rick and Jennifer Ingram (pictured) Winners of the Indiana Co-Ed Division.
