September 16, 2012– Team Pratt weighed in a huge limit to take the win over the other Maryland region teams. Tournament Director Mike Giordano said the morning weather was excellent before the winds picked up in the afternoon.

Fran Pratt and Matt Pratt figured it out and brought in a limit weighing 16.18lbs to beat their nearest competitor by over six pounds. They reported that they caught their winning weight by fishing the weed beds on the flats with grass frogs. They also had the tournament's biggest bass, a 4.85lb largemouth.

In Second was Mark Trainer and Marty Carroll with 9.90 lbs. They were followed by Drew Scarpa and Leamy Sockwell who came in thirs with 7.60lbs.

The New Jersey schedule will kick off again this Spring at Deepwater Canal on April 13th. The entire schedule can be found on the website. U.S.A. Bassin would like thank all of the teams who fished the Tri-State Regional.
