Latest News The History of U.S.A. Bassin Part 1![]() Monday, January 21, 2008 U.S.A. Bassin National Team Tournament Trail marks the start of its 6th year in 2008.
We would like to introduce you to our organization and our incredible growth thus far going into the 2008 season.
We are a grass roots team tournament trail that caters to the amateur angler and promotes a "family-friendly" atmosphere. This concept allows the youth to be involved and experience competitive angling, while learning good sportsmanship. We offer free membership for anyone under the age of 16. Our low membership fees of $25.00, entry fees starting at $25.00 for a weeknight, and $50.00 for a weekend tournament per boat/team makes it very affordable and fun for everyone!
I primarily started U.S.A. Bassin after looking at other tournament trails and seeing what was missing. To me there was the need for an affordable, fun, youth and weekend angler friendly tournament trail. Our concept has done very well, and I am amazed at how much we have grown in such a short time!
