Latest News UPDATE Lake Santee / Division IN-4 Friday, May 23, 2014 The May 18th USA Bassin' IN-47 Lake Santee Division tournament started out under very foggy and cold temperatures. But the limited visibility on the water didn't keep our fishermen from keeping their eyes on the prizes! First place went to the team of Rob Merriman and T.J. Edwards. The pairs five fish limit of largemouth bass pulled the scales down to 15 lbs 6 oz. Adam Kennedy and his dad, Rick held on to second place with another five bass limit that weighed 14 lbs 2 oz. Keeping it close, Chip and Lisa Ayers rounded out the top three with five keeper bass which weighed 13 lbs 15 oz. (Pssttt... When you see Lisa, be sure to ask her about her giant bass that came off the hook just before Chip was able to slide it into the landing net! Ha-ha) Mark Good and Pat Peercy managed to not lose their largest bass of the day and took home Big Bass honors with a beautiful 4 lb 11 oz largemouth!
