If you are a shallow water fisherman and like flipping buck brush and wood; there are plenty of bass to be found in the back of the bays.

 

If you like to fish Ledges, May is the beginning month for Ledge fishing. Bass begin their annual migration to deep water. Be on the look out for creek channels running from the back of the bays out to the main lake ledges. Baits of choice for this type of fishing is 1/2oz or larger jigs, deep diving crankbaits, and 10” worms.
